Wahaha Group has founded over 40 subsidiary companies in Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangxi, Gansu, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Tianjin, Guangdong and Shandong. The production of them accounts for 1/2 of the Group, and they are not only the "locomotive" of the local economy, but also the front lines of the Cross Provincial Strategy of the Group, which pushes the whole group forward to the new century.

The cross-provincial investment of the company started in 1994. At that time, responding to the calling on of supporting the "Three Gorges Area" by the Party and State Department, the company set up the first subsidiary in Fulin, Chongqing. In each of the past 10 years, Wahaha Fulin company doubled its main economy indexes than that of the previous year, and it gained economical and social benefit both,it becomes one of the "50 Leading Key Corps" of Chongqing.

On the base of Fulin success, the group invested in 26 production since 1997. In the period of the "11th-five-year-plan", Wahaha will continue enlarge its power of further investment and brand exporting, and it plans to build up subsidiary companies in most provinces except those with relative small population. Wahaha will fully carry out its cross-provincial strategy continuously to realize production localization.
