¡¡¡¡The air is crisp after the rain. Wahaha Lewei production base is filled with joy and excitement.
¡¡¡¡At 10:25, member of the Political Bureau, Vice-Premier Wu Yi visited Hangzhou Wahaha Xiasha production base, accompanied by secretary of Zhejiang provincial Party committee Mr. Xi Jinping, Zhejiang provincial governor Mr. Lv Zushan, vice governor Mr. Chang Zhongshan, the director of SIQSAQ Mr. Li Changjiang, secretary of Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC Mr. Wang Guoping, Mayor of Hangzhou Mr. Sun Zhonghuan.
¡¡¡¡The cars stopped at the east-gate of Hangzhou Wahaha Lewei Co. Ltd.. Mr. Zongqinghou welcomed Vice-Premier Wu Yi and shaked hands with all the government leaders. Afterwards, they began visiting the bottle-blowing plant.
¡¡¡¡¡®You made the bottles by yourselves?¡¯ ¡¯Are the equipment imported from abroad?¡¯ Vice-Premier Wu Yi was attracted by the modernized Italian SIPA bottle-blowing machine, observed every detail, and asked various questions.
¡¡¡¡Then they come to the filling plant. Through the fresh clean window, Vice-Premier Wu Yi fascinated by the manufacturing of Nutrition Express. Mr. Zong explained ¡®it is our new product, milk plus juice plus 15 vitamins, good taste, nutritious, which get favorable response from the customers.¡¯
¡¡¡¡The next spot was the mould-making plant of the Precision Machinery company. Vice-Premier Wu Yi stopped again by the shinning set of self-made mould.
¡¡¡¡¡®Besides manufacturing beverage, you manufactured mould too?¡¯ Vice-Premier Wu Yi appreciated while puzzled.
¡®Yes, sometimes, we need moulds for dozens of plants. If we choose to import from abroad, we need to pay more than $100 million. We find that we gave out all of our profit to foreign companies, that¡¯s why we resolved to made the moulds by ourselves¡¯ Mr. Zong explained, ¡¯we spent only more or less one quarter of the total cost that if we choose to import. From the statistics of last year, if we rely solely on imported moulds, we need to spend 130 million, while if we choose to rely on ourselves, we need to spend only 20 million.¡¯ The manager of Precision Machinery company Dr. Lou Xiangming added with detail.

¡¡¡¡When listening to Mr. Zong¡¯s report, Vice-Premier Wu Yi asked various kind of questions from time to time. While Mr. Zong said we also planned to invest abroad to establish our subsidiaries Vice-Premier Wu Yi responded ¡®Well, that¡¯s great, if you come across any difficulties, you can always ask me for help.¡¯
¡¡¡¡After Mr. Zong finished his report Vice-Premier Wu Yi appreciated and said that ¡®Good, very good, Wahaha has good corporate culture, especially your brand has won the international attention. It¡¯s very important. We should give support to your brand status.¡¯
¡¡¡¡Finally, Vice-Premier Wu Yi wished the international dream of Wahaha people would come true.
